Baked Cheese & Broccoli Patties:

Baked Cheese & Broccoli Patties are a mouthwatering combination of cheesy goodness and wholesome vegetables. For the Broccoli & Cheese Patties:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 large eggs, beaten


Step 1: Prepare the Broccoli

  1. Steam or boil the broccoli florets until they are tender. Drain, let them cool, and then finely chop them.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped red onion, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, 2 large eggs, salt, and black pepper.
